Mindfulness Workshop for Rehabilitation Professionals and Pre-Professionals This workshop will explore occupational burnout and provide you with self-care techniques to help reduce stress in your daily life. You will experience guided meditations, calming yoga practices(all levels and abilities) and learn mindfulness techniques. We will examine how stroke and traumatic brain injury affect an individual, explore ways to hold space for our clients and learn the benefits of mindfulness in rehabilitation therapy.
