Yay for Yoga! with Ms. Karen, C-IAYT, CRYT, ERYT-500, YACEP and Kids' Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor provides on-line Yoga Training geared towards brining yoga into preschools for children ages 3-6.
Give your kids the building blocks to manage the ever changing flow of life. Ms. Karen leads kids in physical poses, breathing exercises, relaxation processes, guided imagery and meditation. Each week, you will receive one yoga practice (10 - 15 minutes), one "Mindful Munchie" - a short mindful activity and one "Yoga Snack" - a yoga break promoting sensory integration, imagery, feeling and thought pattern/ intention.
